D.E Shaw Internship

A two-month product design internship at D. E. Shaw, working within the firm's internal tools team under the guidance of mentor Mr. Prithvi Raj and manager Mr. Tandav Sanka. The brief was exploratory rather than a fixed build: rethink how three disconnected internal tools could work as one connected system for the people who use them every day. The project ran end to end, from early research and information architecture through to high-fidelity workflow design, with regular reviews along the way. It closed with the final direction presented to [senior design and engineering leadership / name the group if you can], setting up a body of work the team can carry forward.
